At Mystic Haven Jewelry, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns are accepted only for quality-related issues.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept claims for:
• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item received

Non-Eligible Return Reasons

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• General dissatisfaction
• Personal preference after delivery

As our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, items cannot be restocked once shipped.

All claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
